Launch from the Aagenosta pier, cruise the city canal past Bastejkalns Park and the National Opera, then pedal out into the wide Daugava just in time for the sun to drop behind the Old Town spires. About 8 km of pedalling at your own pace, with a small picnic mid-river. Beginner-friendly, photogenic, and absolutely unlike anything else in Riga.
